Call for Self-Nominations! AIGA Incoming Presidents Council Chair
Self-Nominations for the AIGA Incoming Presidents Council Chair are open until October 1, 2023.
The AIGA Presidents Council is seeking nominations for one individual to fill the open seat for the Incoming Presidents Council Chair position. The term begins upon election and ends on June 30, 2024 with an immediate transition into a one-year term as Presidents Council Chair serving as a voting ex-officio of the national board from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
The Presidents Council comprises all currently active AIGA chapter presidents in good standing. The Presidents Council connects the work of local chapters with national committees and task forces, as well as the AIGA Board and staff.
The nomination process is designed to identify, encourage, and enlist the active participation of dedicated professionals in the service of AIGA at a leadership level.
Nominees are required to have a minimum of two (2) consecutive years of service as President of a local AIGA chapter.
Nominees need not be a member of AIGA at the time of nomination, but will be required to join AIGA if elected to the Incoming Chair position.
